It took us some time to figure out the recipe – but now we have more than 70 chatbots live, and this is what we have learned:

It is easy to set them up – we do this within a day
Monitoring performance on an ongoing basis is the key ingredient
Optimisation based on customer feedback and repetitive questions is necessary for ongoing success.

What we also learned – and similar to a cinnamon roll – you don't want to overdo it!
