Today the Danish authorities released their interpretation of the EU Cookie regulations.
This is good news for web shops and we should be greatfull. FDIH, the Danish e-commerce organisation, has worked hard to explain the need for a both customer and web shop friendly implementation and they succeeded.
If you follow the guidelines from FDIH you should be fine in Denmark.
